• Design, test and development of electronic circuits (analog, digital and SMPS) to AEC standards to drive BISG (belt integrated starter and generator), turbochargers and superchargers.
• Knowledge of new LV148 automotive industry test specification and awareness off the different ASIL standards, battery technology, ISO 26262, FMEAs and its implications on design and safety of hybrid vehicles (EV/PHEV).
• Manage, allocate work schedule and supervise a small group of technicians and year in industry students. Restructured and improved the entire company’s PCB testing process, execution and documentation.
• 12V – 48V PCB Layout consideration for low noise, signal integrity and operational temperature up to 150˚C. Knowledge and design of compact half A4 sized heavy copper boards capable up to 300A continuous.
